Dust the tiered roof, scalloped trim, and turned pillars regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Use a soft-bristled detailing brush to gently remove dust from between the louvred door slats and the deep crevices of the turned woodwork. Wipe the broad drawer fronts with a slightly damp cloth for everyday cleaning, immediately followed by a dry cloth. Polish the brass knobs occasionally with a dry cloth to maintain their metallic lustre. If utilised as a traditional mandir, ensure any lit diyas, candles, or incense placed inside are kept safely away from the wooden walls and roof to prevent heat damage or soot accumulation (using a protective glass or stone tray is highly recommended). Keep the cabinet away from direct, harsh sunlight to preserve the rich teakwood finish over time.

Elevate your spiritual or curated living space with the Veda Teakwood Mandir Cabinet, a breathtaking sanctuary that seamlessly merges sacred traditional architecture with luxury furniture design. The imposing structure is crowned by an impressive, tiered wooden roof (shikhar) culminating in a classic turned finial, offering a sense of divine verticality. Beneath the intricately scalloped cornice, two tall doors feature traditional louvred (slatted) panels, allowing for the gentle diffusion of incense smoke while elegantly concealing the interior when closed. Two meticulously turned, solid-wood pillars frame the upper cabinet, which rests on a substantial storage base. This lower section features three wide, deep drawers, each detailed with recessed panelled moulding and accented with polished round brass knobs, ideal for organising pooja essentials, sacred texts, or fine linens. Finished in a rich, warm polish that celebrates the striking natural grain of the Burma teakwood, the Veda is a timeless, heirloom-quality masterpiece for the modern Indian home.
