Wipe the slatted teakwood frame regularly with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove dust from between the wooden slats. If used in a semi-outdoor or covered veranda setting, wipe down the wood periodically to prevent debris buildup. Ensure the folding hinges are kept free of dust; apply a single drop of dry lubricant to the metal joints annually to maintain a smooth folding action. While Burma teakwood is naturally durable, keep the chair protected from continuous, harsh sunlight and prolonged moisture exposure to preserve the pristine, polished finish.
